This pair of Alpine Astronomical Baader Guidescope Rings provides a solid and sturdy mounting solution to keep your guidescope properly aligned without the possibility of slipping. The rings are made to fit scopes with tube diameters of 110-160mm.
Made from lightweight and durable aluminum alloy, each ring has rubber-tipped flat adjustment screws to lock the scope body in place while providing the room required to align your guidescope with the optical tube assembly (OTA). For mounting the rings onto your mount or OTA, there is a flat portion of the ring with a center 1/4"-20 tapped hole, with two un-tapped 5mm through-holes for other mounting options. An array of secondary holes are drilled and tapped around the rings for attaching other accessories.
