The Alfatron WMP4 is a powerful, yet easy to use, wireless audio conferencing system that includes 4 omnidirectional boundary microphones and a controller module with a 1/4" microphone input along with a 1/4" output for speakers and PA systems; it also provides a USB port for computer connection. Operating in the 2.4 GHz range, the system offers a flexible, portable, and quick-to-set-up solution for business and educational applications and is compatible with video conferencing apps including Zoom, Teams, and Skype.
The four remote units are equipped with omnidirectional boundary microphones that capture audio in a 360º radius at a range of up to 6.6', providing coverage for small- to medium-sized classrooms and meeting spaces. Each features a built-in rechargeable battery that provides power for 6 to 8 hours of active usage and up to 40 hours on standby. Each remote mic offers a mute switch for the mic, along with volume controls and a second mute switch that cuts the host receiver's output signal.
The receiving unit features a 1/4" microphone input with gain adjustment and a 1/4" output that allows you to connect to speakers, amps, or PA systems. Its USB Type-B port allows you to interface with computers for video conferencing applications such as Zoom and Skype.
