Modular synthesizer enthusiasts looking for Eurorack sampler will be impressed with the erica synths Sample Drum, a digital sampler module with a straightforward intuitive interface with fantastic functionality and sound quality. The module is composed of two identical parts that allow you to play back, record, and slice up samples of loops directly in your modular system.
Sample Drum offers a wide range of features including several play modes, tuning functions (1V/oct pitch tracking), virtual VCAs + AHD envelopes, and real-time effects. There are 3 assignable CV inputs per channel, which allow you to inject a lot of expression during performances. The sample engine provides 32MB of RAM for a total of 5-minutes of sampling time (16-bit, 48 kHz, mono). The Sample Drum includes a 16GB SD card packed with free factory sample presets, as well as a ribbon power cable and mounting screws.
