It would have helped if I'd read the title more carefully, but the activation key would not work on my existing installation. Quicken sent me a paper check refund, which took nearly 3 weeks. I had to buy it from Quicken. That's my fault, not B&H's fault. As for the software, Quicken has gotten more and more convoluted, pushing added features to the menu and interface that cloud the ability to access more fundamental ones. At nearly $80 per year, this is not worth it any longer. My bank has removed the ability to download QIF or QFX files, only CSV. Nice racket scored with Quicken for Direct Connect. Will be evaluating MoneyDance in the coming year, which has a one time $65 cost, plus only a $40/yr for Direct Connect in MoneyDance+. Unfortunately, MoneyDance is double entry, which will take getting used to.
