The Kramer PT-102VN 1:2 Composite Video Distribution Amplifier supports composite video or SDI signals. It accepts one video or audio stereo input signal and buffers, isolates, and distributes it to two identical outputs using BNC connectors.
With the help of the trimmers provided on the front panel, the gain of the amplifier can be controlled. The PT-102VN offers gain and equalization control to compensate for cable losses. A high video bandwidth of 430 MHz (-3 dB) ensures a quick response time for most of the applications. You can increase the number of inputs by connecting a high-resolution video switcher. Using an optional RK-13 rack adapter, you can mount four units side-by-side in a 1 RU rack space. The PT-102VN amplifier is suitable for use with display systems that require the same images to be displayed on several monitors. It is also ideal for use with CCTV, home theater systems, and in video duplication systems.

It probably seems odd to still have a need for analog video distribution, but if you do, this d.a. will do the job. I chose this device because I needed a d.a. that was stable and reliable. This Kramer distribution amplifier will not disappoint.
The Kramer PT-102VN, The perfect device!
This handy composite video DA, does everything you want it to, and more. Powered by a low current wall-wart, this one,75 ohm input, two 75 Ohm output device has a badwidth of over 400mHz. It's small size gives you the ability to mount it almost anywhere. For composite video, it preforms without a flaw. It features equalization for those who need it, plus an output gain control that's very useful when setting levels. Whether it's TV, cable or radio, the Kramer PT-102VN is well worth the small price. My particular use was to split a single composite audio output, to feed two transmitters. One output was used to feed the main transmitter exciter and one to send the same signal carrying our RDS information, via an STL and SCA input as the second. With a bndwidth of over 400mHz, much more than is needed in composite audio, including the RDS information, In my application it was the best choice for us and is now in daily use. Perfect!
